THE PIONEER

Ada 4 kategori org; pertama, dia tau ttg dirinya dan org lain juga tau; kedua, dia tau ttg dirinya namun org lain tdk ada yg tau; ketiga, dia tdk tau ttg dirinya tp org lain tau; terakhir, dia tdk tau ttg dirinya dan org lain juga tdk tau. Kalo mau dibikin kesimpulan (sendiri), tipe pertama ialah org yg tau diri; tipe kedua menutup diri; tipe ketiga gak tau diri; dan tipe keempat gak ada diri (baca: kyk org mati).

Idealnya sih tipe pertama, yaitu org yg bersifat terbuka. Tp kalo mau jujur, kadang ada sikap kita yg seperti tipe kedua, ketiga, atau bahkan keempat. Baru2 ini sy ikutan personality test utk tau ttg siapa sy sebenarnya (menghindari kata 'biar jgn jadi org yg ga tau diri'), dan hasilnya ini:

GREEN/RED – THE THINKING DIRECTOR

THE PIONEER
Thinking Directors are future oriented people who often become bored with day to day routine details. Their goals and standards are generally more rigorous than those of most people. Thus you can be quite self critical - even unrealistically demanding of yourself.
Your tendencies probably include:
- Wanting to change the way things are done
- Performing to your own standards
- Seeking control over people, situations and procedures
- Not expressing your innermost thoughts and feelings
- Striving to accomplish the unusual
- Fearing you won’t meet your self imposed requirements
- Becoming demanding and even more detached under pressure
Your growth opportunities:
With Tasks: Your very high expectations mean you often end up being too hard on yourself. This can be self-defeating - you can spend too much time thinking negatively. You’d benefit by developing collaborative problem solving and people management skills. Enlightened Thinking Directors have learned to empower not just themselves but others.
With People: Thinking Directors have twice the tendency to be task oriented from their Thinker side and from their Director side. As a result they’re so focused on work they can appear aloof or calculating. But by showing more genuine warmth and interest in people, you can multiply your effectiveness.
- Be more realistic in what you expect of yourself and others. First, focus on what’s working well. Next, what’s getting better and finally, what else can be done now to make further progress. This attitudinal shift works best when first applied to your self and then related to others.
- Take training in - or learn from mentors or colleagues - how to enlist the creative potential or unused talents of others.
- Minimize your tendency to be aloof and guarded. This can include such simple adjustments as smiling more, asking others how they feel about things, giving honest and timely feedback. Let others know that you appreciate their efforts.

Huhh, pretty cool right? And, thats the most reason for me to choose green as my blog-color. I'm the greenman, how about you? Go green...
